← The six Cut Out All The Bullshit

I build the digital side of your commerce.

Solo · Rotterdam · Fixed scope, fixed price

Most of what gets built for you is finished the day it goes live. A site nobody changes. A platform you can't leave. A dashboard nobody opens.

I build the opposite.

Nothing I build locks you in. It connects to what your people and partners already use. It changes when your business changes, without a rebuild every time. And it tells you what is happening while it happens — not in a report three months later.

What I build

What I don't do

I don't build custom software platforms. I don't run managed infrastructure around the clock. And I won't be the single point of failure for your core operations.

If what you need is an engineering team, I'll say so early and point you to one.

How I work

Fixed scope, fixed price, one deliverable at a time. No retainer, no account manager, no hand-offs. You deal with the person who designs it, builds it and runs it.

I say no early when something won't work. Everything is documented, so you own it — not me.

Proof

I didn't learn this from a course. I needed it.

Starting a premium glass label from Rotterdam, I had a product, a story and no team. Every agency wanted to sell me their platform, their template, their monthly retainer — and a site that would be finished the day it went live. None of them could tell me how it would grow with me.

So I built it myself. Not a website — a foundation. The brand lives there, the operations run there, the numbers show themselves, and the whole thing can be changed on a Tuesday afternoon without asking anyone's permission. It has been running ever since. Every improvement went in because a real business needed it that week.

The second one is live too: a signal network that tells drivers and fleets where the demand is before it shows up. Built, shipped, running in Rotterdam.

Before either of them: twenty years walking into markets where a product was unknown, and leaving a working ecosystem of partners behind. For a startup that became a category. For brands you'd know if I named them.

The pattern doesn't change. Understand how people actually decide. Remove what stands between them and a yes. Build something that keeps working when you're not in the room.

Who this is for

Small and mid-sized businesses selling a physical or premium product. Founders, commercial directors, brand owners — people whose digital side should perform like their sales side, and doesn't yet.

Start with the thing it's costing you most.
